The latest technology and smart gadgets are designed to make life easier, but according to the latest Wikileaks, they also make it easier for the government or big business to spy on us. Leaked CIA documents reveal that smart tv's connected to the internet can be used to eavesdrop inside ones home. Smart phones can do the same with internal cameras activated from the outside to record private matters. It's troubling, almost like we've stepped into a James Bond movie set. Infringement of our privacy will is getting  is wrong. But in some sense we made ourselves vulnerable by openly sharing with the world through social media and smart technology. We freely post status updates on Facebook – from dinners to romances to political opinions. The difference between this and the CIA leak is that we do it on our own terms.
