Considering our increasing cultural drift away from the reality of our Creator in recent years, God has our full attention in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. We all have plenty of time to contemplate the most important things in life: our relationship with God and Jesus, family, and community. We’re forced to consider the meaning and purpose of our lives as we face our mortality. Second, this is an opportunity for the church to be the beacon of hope it is called to be.  There’s a lot of complaining about the economy coming to a halt but consider this: would you trade a robust economy where a majority are alienated from God for a depressed economy that leads to spiritual awakening where many come to know Him? Please pray for wisdom for our leaders and also that we might see awakening stem from this.
