A recent report by the Pew Research Center finds that more millennials are living at home than in any other living arrangement. Nearly 1/3 of 18-34 year olds today are still living with their parents. The main reason is that they're not getting married like they used to. In 1962, nearly 2/3rds of 18- to 34-year-olds were living independently with a spouse in their own household, and only one-in-five were living with their parents. Low expectations, pampered lives, and endless digital distractions might be contributing factors for millennials failure to launch. Millennials have become favorite subjects for comedians who often lampoon kids for moving back in with mom and dad, living in the basement, and playing video games all day. But many parents are finding that its not very funny when it actually happens.
