There are many charges of election fraud in battleground states and they should be investigated. Fair and honest elections are critical to stable democracies. Both parties should realize that compromising election integrity undermines the validity of the government. That’s why both parties should favor thorough investigations of the alleged fraud. However, in the information age where everyone has a video camera and access to the masses numbers, it’s quite easy to make a false video of someone stuffing a ballot box. So we should be cautious when repeating claims of fraud. Consider whether the claim is plausible. Consider the source. Does the person making the claim put their name out there? Or is it anonymous? In the meantime, pray that honesty and justice will prevail because more than just the election outcome is at stake.
