Sexual harassment by political leaders and celebrities is disappointing. So how do we respond? For starters, we should be empathetic toward the women who've come out of the shadows to share their stories. It takes courage for women to openly share  humiliating details. At the same time, in fairness to the accused, the evidence and testimonies of accusers should be carefully weighed. A pressing question is: how do we change this mess? It's the small talk around the office water cooler that crosses a line that we say no to. It's mustering the courage and standing up for women in the workplace who are being harassed. It's about the kind of media we consume. Each of us must raise the bar and stand for what's right and it begins with little decisions we make each day.
